How do I turn off a date?
Like most of your date specific functions, turning off a date will be located within the date manager. To begin, log in to the administrator portal, and click GO TO DEPARTMENT, and navigate into your department hosting the event.
1. Under the Box Office header in the left side bar (ticket icon), click EVENTS.
2. Click EVENT MANAGER next to the event.
3. From the Event Manager, click DATE MANAGER along the top bar.
4. Click the date box of the date you wish to update. Within that date on the Date Information tab, click edit.
5. To turn off the date entirely (so it's no longer sellable) switch the Date Status from ACTIVE to INACTIVE. If you would like to be able to sell from the Point of Sale tool but don't want it available on the customer side, change the Public Status from PUBLIC to PRIVATE.
