Turning Off a Date

      1. Log in and navigate to your department.
      2. Under the Box Office header in the left side bar, click EVENTS
      3. Click EVENT MANAGER next to the event. 
      4. Click DATE MANAGER along the top bar. 
      5. Click the date box of the date you wish to update.
      6. Click EDIT. 

      7. There are two options for turning off a date, depending on if you would like to maintain any access: 
            a. To turn off the date entirely (so it's no longer sellable) switch the Date Status from ACTIVE to INACTIVE.
            b. To still sell from the Point of Sale tool but remove it from the customer site, change the Public Status from PUBLIC to PRIVATE.
