How do I run a sales report?

Sales reports, or "revenue reports", will be found within each event, item, package, and campaign.                                                                      

Event Sales Report:

Log in to the administrator portal, and under the Box Office header along the left side, click EVENTS
Then, click EVENT MANAGER next to the event you wish to view. 

Along the top bar, click the button titled TICKET REVENUE


Here you will find the Ticket Revenue report. 
This report will show you the number of each ticket type sold, as well as the money made via cash and comps, Stripe Gateway (if your organization has a Stripe account attached to the site), and BookTix Gateway (if you are using our payment processor). 

The Details button next to each row will show you the money received, money moved from a refund or exchange, and any applicable processing fees. 
The Revenue Summary will download the report as it appears on the webpage, and the Revenue Detail will download the report including the breakdowns within the Details buttons. 

Item Sales Report:

Log in to the administrator portal, and under the Box Office header along the left side, click ITEMS

Donation Campaign Sales Report: 

Log in to the administrator portal, and under the Box Office header along the left side, click DONATION CAMPAIGNS. 
Then, click VIEW next to the campaign you wish to view. 
On this page, click the REVENUE button underneath the image. 
This report will show you the number of each campaign donation sold, as well as the money made via cash and compsStripe Gateway (if your organization has a Stripe account attached to the site), and BookTix Gateway (if you are using our payment processor). 
The Details button next to each row will show you the money received, money moved from a refund or exchange, and any applicable processing fees. 
The Revenue Summary will download the report as it appears on the webpage, and the Revenue Detail will download the report including the breakdowns within the Details buttons.
