How do I embed a YouTube or Vimeo link?

Within the Event Descriptions section is a section called Media. In here, you are able to upload photos and link YouTube and Vimeo Videos. 
To link those videos, you must use the embed link. 

To link a YouTube video:

1. Access the YouTube video you wish to link. 
2. Click the SHARE button from below the video. 

3. In the share pop up, click the EMBED button. 

4. In the Embed Video information, copy the URL between the first set of quotation marks. This will be your embed URL. 

5. In your BookTix site under EVENTS> EVENT MANAGER> EVENT DESCRIPTIONS> MEDIA, click ADD MEDIA

6. In the pop up, change the radio button to YouTube Link, paste the URL in Video URL, and add a caption. When you are satisfied, click ADD MEDIA. 

And you're done! Your YouTube link has been successfully added. 


To link a Vimeo video: 

1. Access the Vimeo video you wish to link. 
2. Click the SHARE button from the top right of the video. 


3. Under the EMBED header, copy the url between the first set of quotation marks. This will be your embed URL. 



4. In your BookTix site under EVENTS> EVENT MANAGER> EVENT DESCRIPTIONS> MEDIA, click ADD MEDIA


5. In the pop up, change the radio button to Vimeo Link, paste the URL in Video URL, and add a caption. When you are satisfied, click ADD MEDIA. 


And you're done! Your Vimeo link has been successfully added.
