Embedding a Youtube or Video Link

Within the Event Descriptions section is a section called Media. In here, you are able to upload photos and link YouTube and Vimeo Videos. 

Linking a YouTube Video

      1. Access the YouTube video you wish to link. 

      2. Click the SHARE button from below the video. 

      3. In the share pop up, click the EMBED button. 

      4. In the Embed Video information, copy the URL between the first set of quotation marks. This will be your embed URL. 

      5. In your BookTix site, access the MEDIA page. 

            a. On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → EVENTS.

            b. Click EVENT MANAGER next to the event. 

            c. Click EVENT DESCRIPTIONS from the top header bar. 

            d. Click MEDIA.

            e. Click ADD MEDIA.

      6. In the pop up, change the radio button to YouTube Link, paste the URL in Video URL, and add a caption. Click ADD MEDIA when complete. 

And you're done! Your YouTube link has been successfully added. 

Linking a Vimeo Video

      1. Access the Vimeo video you wish to link. 

      2. Click the SHARE button underneath the video. 

      3. Under the EMBED header, copy the url. This will be your embed URL. 

      4. In your BookTix site, access the MEDIA page. 

            a. On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → EVENTS.

            b. Click EVENT MANAGER next to the event. 

            c. Click EVENT DESCRIPTIONS from the top header bar. 

            d. Click MEDIA.

            e. Click ADD MEDIA.

      5. In the pop up, change the radio button to Vimeo Link, paste the URL in Video URL, and add a caption. Click ADD MEDIA when complete. 

 

And you're done! Your Vimeo link has been successfully added.
