How do I download my customer contact list?

There are two customer contact list options and which you choose will depend on the list's purpose and your access level in the admin portal. The first is a full organization-wide contact list, only accessible by Organization Admins, and will include any customers who opted in to marketing. The second list is event-specific and would be used if you need to contact customers attending a specific event. 

To download the organization contact list: 

Note: for this method, you must be an Organization Administrator. 
1. Log in to the account. 
2. Click the gear icon top right to access your Organization dashboard.
2. From the Organization dashboard, look under Customer Management and click Mailing List Generator, then click I AGREE. 






To download the event-specific contact list: 

1. Log in to your administrator portal, then access your department by clicking GO TO DEPARTMENT and navigating into your department. 
2. Look under the Box Office header on the left side, then click EVENTS. 
3. Click into the EVENT MANAGER of the event you wish to pull the contact list. 
4.  From the Event Manager, click TICKET COUNTS along the header bar. 
5. Click EXPORT EVENT TICKT LIST. This list will be of all ticket purchasers thus far. If you wish for only one date's contact list, click into that date and you can click EXPORT EVENT TICKET LIST from there as well.
