Presale Codes on Packages
A presale code on a package will let customers book a package before the general public, or can be a way to let customers book a private package.
To set up the code:
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → PRESALES.
3. Click ADD NEW PRESALE.
4. Choose if you would like to make a One-Time Use Code or a Multi Use Code.
One Time Use codes are unique code that would be assigned to an individual.
One Time Codes have two options:
Option A: It can be used multiple times, but only up to the event/item limit. For example: You want a limit of 10 tickets for each code, but you want your customer to be able to log in and buy 5 one day and 5 another. Once they’ve purchased 10 tickets in total, their code will no longer work.
Option B: It can be set for single use only, regardless of the event/item limit. For example: You want a limit of 10 tickets for each code, but your customer only has one chance to purchase using their code. Once they make that one purchase (up to your set limit), that code will no longer work.
Multi-Use codes are a generic, named code that can be used by more than one person. For example, You may have a code like "FriendsofCastAndCrew" that anyone in the cast and crew can give out to friends to be able to use.
5. Fill out the form for the code type.

- Title - The private name for this presale for you and your admins, which will not be visible to your customers.
- Public Title - The public name which is visible by your customers when they enter the presale.
- Description - Any additional details needed for the presale.
- Public Status - Determines if the presale is active or inactive.
- Public Start/End Times - The range of dates and times the presale is available.
- Login Required - Requiring customers to login in order to use the presale, preventing customers from using the presale with multiple guest checkouts.
- If you're doing a one time use code: "Allow each code to be used more than once up to limit" - If this box is unchecked, the code can be used one time only, regardless of the event or item limit. If it's checked, the code can be used more than once, only up to the event or item limit.
6. Click ADD PACKAGE, then use the dropdown to select what you need, update the QTY to reflect how many packages the code would allow them to book, and click ADD OPTION.

7. Create your Presale Code based on Type.

Create Codes Via Email List will allow you to enter email addresses of customers who are able to receive a code, and the system will automatically email them their presale access.
c. Click CREATE, and your one time use codes are complete!
Multi-Use Code
Next, name the code and set it's specifications.
- Code Name - What the customer will enter to gain access to the presale. For example: AddamsFamilyPresale.
- Max Uses Allowed - The number of times this code can be used overall, regardless of who uses it. For unlimited uses, leave blank.
- Max Uses per Account - The number of times this code can be used per each individual customers' login account (Note: does not include guest accounts). For unlimited uses, leave blank.
Click CREATE PRESALE, and you are finished with the presale code's creation.
Early Access to Individual Package Items
You can also manage when customers will be able to book their package vouchers, meaning you can allow package holders to book prior to the general public if you choose.
1. Under the Box Office header, go to PACKAGES.
2. Click EDIT next to the package.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the pencil next to "Event Availability" or "Item Availability".
Here, you can restrict the package to only be eligible on specific event dates or item options, and include individual redemption dates for each package option. If you don't wish to restrict your package in this way, you can simply leave these fields blank.
