Closing Sales

You need to close sales in order to get paid. Once closed, you will not be able to issue refunds or exchanges on that event or line item.
Event Sales
Packages, Items, Donation Campaigns, or Sponsorships Sales
Event Sales
1. Log in and navigate to your department.
2.On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → EVENTS.
3. Click EVENT MANAGER next to the event you wish to close.
4.Click EVENT INFORMATION along the top bar.
5. Under the stages section on the right, click CLOSE NOW.
6. Check off the checkbox to confirm you're ready to close the event, then click CLOSE NOW.
Packages, Items, Donation Campaigns, or Sponsorships Sales
1. Navigate to your department.
2. On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → ITEMS or PACKAGES.
OR
On the left side menu, go to Applications → DONATION CAMPAIGNS or SPONSORSHIPS.
3. Click VIEW next to the line item.
4. Click the CLOSE button.
This button will say "Close Package," "Close Item," "Close Campaign", or "Close Sponsorship" depending on your selection.

5. Confirm that you are ready to close and click CLOSE NOW.
