Because of clients in different time zones, we don’t keep standard business hours. Staff is readily available from 9a-7p EST, and we have an emergency line active on show nights, should you have an urgent issue.
For the emergency number, go to the help dashboard and click EMERGENCY PHONE SUPPORT.

The emergency line is available 4 hours prior to your showtime.
