Bulk Customer Import

⏱︎ 1 minute

Bulk Customer Import allows you to invite customers to create login accounts. This is helpful if you're new to using the system and need to import customers from an old account, if you have an email list you're looking to upload, and more.
Notes
Invites will expire after 30 days; if an account has not been created, you will need to resend the invite.

      1. Log in and navigate to your department.
      2. Under CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, click CREATE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

      3. Click BULK CUSTOMER IMPORT.

      4. Upload your customer list.
            a. Choose your CSV file.
Notes
The CSV file only needs to be a column of email addresses.
            b. Check the agreement box.
            c. Click SUBMIT.

And you're done! If you've successfully uploaded your list, you'll get this notification across the top of the screen.

Under PAST BULK CUSTOMER IMPORTS, you'll see the list of customers imported.
If STATUS says ACCOUNT CREATED, then the customer has made an account, or already had one.

If STATUS says PENDING, a customer has not yet accepted the account creation invitation, and you can resend the invite.
