Instead of scanning, you can rip stubs on hard tickets and collect online tickets, or download and print out a list of all purchased tickets to verify purchases, or use the manual check in option within the site.

To use the manual check in option: 
      1.  Log in and navigate to your department. 
      2. On the left side menu, go to Box Office Manager → TICKET SCANNING.
      
      2. Click into your event and date or into your item.
       

      3. Click MANUAL CHECK IN.
      

      4. Click the order number.

      5. Swipe the tickets/vouchers to redeem them.   







      6. Click UPDATE, and the guest will be checked in.
